Deleting your account

The fastest way is inside the Coachero app:

1. Open the app and go to the profile tab ("Me").
2. Scroll to the bottom to the "Delete account" section.
3. Confirm the deletion.

Your account and all associated data are removed immediately, with no shadow copies.

If you can't access the app, send a deletion request from your registered email address or phone number to support@coachero.app. We will process the request and confirm the deletion.

All personal data tied to your account is deleted: your profile (name, email, phone number), your clients and their records, bookings and schedule, workouts and set logs, body measurements and progress photos, nutrition plans, notes, your Spark (AI) conversation history, and preferences.

Database backups are kept on a rolling basis and are fully purged within 14 days of deletion.

Minimal payment records (amounts, dates, invoice numbers — never card details, which never reach us) must be retained under Ukrainian tax law applicable to sole proprietors (ФОП). These records are not used for any other purpose.
