Getting started

Welcome! This guide walks through the first 5 minutes of using Coachero — from creating your account to your first booked session.

Step 1 — Create your account

Sign in at web.coachero.app using your phone number. We’ll send a verification code via SMS — no passwords to remember.

Step 2 — Set your weekly availability

Open Book → Availability and set the hours you work each day. You can add one-off exceptions (a day off, extra evening hours) at any time.

Step 3 — Share your booking link

Coachero gives you one personal booking link. Send it to a student or put it in your Instagram bio — students open it, pick a free slot, and confirm with their phone number. Each booking lands in your calendar, and the student is added to your roster automatically.

Step 4 — Or add students yourself

Prefer to book for them? From the Students tab, tap + Add student, enter their name and phone number, and book them into any slot.

Step 5 — Connect students to Telegram

After booking, students are guided to the Coachero Telegram bot. Once connected, they get automatic session reminders and can view their schedule, reschedule, or book again — right in the chat, no app to install.
