Getting started

Welcome! This guide walks through the first 5 minutes of using Coachero — from creating your account to scheduling your first session.

1. Create your account

Sign up at app.coachero.app using your phone number. We’ll send a 6-digit verification code via SMS.

2. Add your first student

From the Students tab, tap + Add student. Enter their phone or email — Coachero sends them an invite link they can open in any browser.

3. Set your weekly availability

Open Calendar → Availability and drag to mark the hours you’re available each day.

4. Schedule the first session

Tap any free slot to create a booking. Your student gets a Telegram or SMS reminder 24h and 1h before.

5. Share your booking link

From your profile, copy the public booking link. Students can self-book into your free slots.
