Billing and plans

Coachero has three tiers: Free, Pro, and Studio. You can change tier any time from your profile.

What’s in each tier

• Free — up to 3 active students, unlimited bookings.
• Pro — unlimited students, AI Coach, custom programs.
• Studio — multi-trainer accounts, white-label branding, API access.

Switching tier

Open Profile → Billing and pick a new plan. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of purchase if you’re not happy. Email [email protected].
